Mr. Sathish Bais who is partner of appellant- M/s. Rudra Real Estate with his counsel Mr. A.G. Gharote is present. Respondent No. 1- Bhaskaran Rao and respondent No. 2-Smt. Usha Bhaskaran Rao in person are present. They are identified by Adv. Mr. Punekar. Mr. Nilesh Mange, Senior Officer, Legal for respondent No. 3- HDFC Bank with his counsel Mr. Auragabadkar is present. Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 i.e. Sanjay Gavande and Ravindra Gavande with their counsel Mr. Punekar are present. They all have submitted compromise pursis by admitting its contents to be true and correct and signed it before this Commission. Hence, it is verified and accepted.

In view of the compromise pursis the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.
