COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       None for the complainant.

                    Mr.Y.P.Rana, Adv., for the Ops.

                  

                   Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the complainant as well as Ops. Perusal of the file reveals that on 29.05.2017, service of the Ops was completed and counsel for the Ops sought time for filing written statement and the case was adjourned to 22.06.2017 for filing written statement of Ops. On 22.06.2017, written statement of Ops filed but due to none appearance on behalf of the complainant, copy of written statement was not supplied and the case was adjourned to 12.07.2017 for filing evidence of the parties. On 12.07.2017, none appeared on behalf of the complainant and the case was adjourned for today i.e. 24.07.2017 for filing evidence of the complainant as well as Ops. Today again there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 p.m. But there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
