Present:  Shri Naresh Kumar, counsel for complainant.

               

       

                Today the case was fixed for issuance of notice to OP. However, at this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP, therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint.

  

                   In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
