Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that due to some technical reasons he do not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the present complaint with the liberty to file a fresh on the same cause of action before the appropriate authority and the present complaint be treated as withdrawn. Keeping in view on the statement of the counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh on the same cause of action before appropriate authority.
