                Today case is fixed for evidence of complainant.  However, ld. counsel for complainant got recorded his statement to the effect that the complainant is not approaching to him.  Now, keeping in view the averments made in reply, he withdraws the present complaint with the liberty to file fresh complaint qua subject matter, if any matter arises thereon. 

                   Heard.  In view of statement of ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty that the complainant can file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if any matter arises thereon.  File be consigned to record, after due compliance.
