This Court has no jurisdiction to decide the theft cases of the electricity. In view of the Supreme Court order reported in Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmed in (2013) 8 SCC 491, the Consumer Fora has no jurisdiction to proceed further in such kind of cases. 3. Therefore, the present Revision Petition is dismissed, but liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum to redress his grievances as per law.
