Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as petitioner states that petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek to appropriate relief before the appropriate forum in accordance with the provisions of law.

            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as petitioner, present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, liberty as prayed for is granted to the respondent to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum in accordance with the provisions of law.  A copy of this order be given Dasti to both the parties.
