Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded in this regard separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. This order be communicated to both the parties free of costs and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
