Kavita Rani aged about 44 years wife of Shri Subhash Chand, resident of Village Anjanthali, Tehsil Nilokheri, District Karnal.

Uttari Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. Sub Division Taraori, District Karnal, through Sub Divisional Officer (OP).

                                                                             …..Opposite party.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as amended upto date.

Present:     Shri Suraj Kanwar, counsel for complainant.

Shri Hira Lal, Lineman, Sub Division, Taraori in person represented by Shri Bhanu Partap Singh, Advocate.    

 

                   Shri Hira Lal, Lineman, represented by Shri Bhanu Partap Singh, Advocate, appeared in pursuance of notice of application for grant of interim relief. Shri Bhanu Partap Singh, Advocate, filed his memo of appearance. Learned counsel for OP submitted that the grievances of the complainant have been resolved. He also placed on record copy of bill dated 25.06.2021, wherein the net payable amount is shown to be -₹12,379/-. He further submitted that since the grievances of the complainant have already been resolved, therefore, there is no need to pursue the present complaint.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

      In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
