           Complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

 Present: Shri Piyush Batra Advocate for complainant.

                 Shri Roop Chand Dealing Clerk (LDC) on behalf of OP.

 

                 Shri Roop Chand Dealing Clerk (LDC) appeared on behalf of OP and suffered a statement that the bill of the complainant has been corrected and next bill 10/2019 will come as per reading. Complainant’s bill has come according to 7.5BHP motor and its minimum charges has become Rs.125/- per month. As per calculation it comes Rs.500/- and its circular is U18/19. Copy of the circular is attached with the file.

               On the other hand, learned counsel of complainant suffered a statement that in view of statement of Dealing Clerk Roop Chand he wants to withdraw his complaint.

                In view of statement of learned counsel of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
