Learned counsel Sh. Shardul Negi for the appellant as well as learned counsel Smt. Shashi Yogeshwar for the respondent has appeared.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted a letter of Electricity Department (paper No. 42) according to which the appellant – complainant has paid the entire outstanding amount on respective dates, i.e. 07.10.2015 and 31.10.2015.

As per the above letter, outstanding amount has been paid by the appellant, hence the appeal has become infructuous. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed. No order as to costs of the appeal.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

            A copy of this order alongwith original record of the District Commission be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
