Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellants as well as respondent No. 2 inspite of several calls, whereas learned counsel Sh. Arjun Singh Bisht for respondent   No. 1 has appeared. None has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 2.

Earlier a court notice was sent to the appellants, thereafter the appellants submitted a Vakalatnama on dated 12.09.2022. Inspite of service of court notice as well as inspite of filing the Vakalatnama on dated 12.09.2022, the appellants have not appeared today.

Appeal is very old.  Hence, in the absence of the appellants, the appeal shall stand as dismissed. No order as to costs.

Original record be remitted back to the concerned District Commission alongwith copy of this order for perusal and necessary information.
