Today, learned counsel Sh. Saurabh Rana has appeared on behalf of the revisionist and stated that the revisionist does not want to press the revision petition, hence the same should be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the revisionist has made an endorsement to this effect on the order-sheet.

In view of above, the revision petition is dismissed, as not pressed.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
