Put up in National Lok Adalat.

Today learned counsel Sh. Anuj Sharma for the appellants alongwith Sh. Matbar Singh and Sh. Ratan Singh – appellants has appeared, whereas learned counsel Smt. Shashi Yogeshwar for respondent alongwith Sh. Manoj Kandwal - S.D.O. of the Electricity Department has also appeared.

Both the party has filed a compromise.

The compromise is explained and read over to both the party who after understanding and reading it, accepted its terms and conditions.

Both the parties alongwith their counsel have also endorsed thereupon.

In terms of compromise (paper No. 66 & 67) the appeal is decided accordingly and the compromise shall form part of the decree.  No order as to costs of the appeal. 

Both the party shall bear their own costs of the appeal.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order alongwith copy of compromise clubbed with original record of the District Commission be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.
