Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement on 26.11.2014. He has tendered the terms of settlement arrived at and signed by the parties, which is taken on record. Learned Shri Jawahar Chawla, Advocate counsel for the complainant has confirmed this fact. Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the complaint be disposed of in terms of the settlement.

In view of the above, the complaint is disposed of in terms of the settlement (Ext.C-1). Parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

Complaint is disposed of accordingly.
