ORDER

Counsel for the respondent fairly concedes that the point in issue is concluded in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent by a decision of this Commission in revision petition

No.355 of 2004 – Accounts Officer, Jharkhand State Electricity Board, Ranchi & Anr. Vs. Anwar Ali (decided on 10.04.2008), against which a Special Leave Petition was filed, in which notice has been issued by the Supreme Court of India.  Counsel for the respondent prays that this case be adjourned sine die to await the decision of the Supreme Court.

          Since the matter already stands concluded by the judgment of this Commission, we dispose of this revision petition in terms of Anwar Ali’s case (supra).  Ordered accordingly.
