COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Ms.Priya Baja Grover, Adv., for the complainants.

Mr.Jatin Sharma, Adv., for Mr.Yogesh Mohan Sharma, Adv., for the Ops.                                       

                        Today the case is fixed for arguments. At this stage, counsel for the complainants has made a separate statement in which she states that as per the instructions of the complainants, the matter has been amicably settled. So, she withdraws the present complaint.

                        Heard. In view of the statement made by counsel for the complainant, it is clear that matter has been compromised. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. However, in case the Ops fail, the complainant shall be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Forum under section 25 and 27.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
