          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the Kishan Singh, LDC clerk for the OPs has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that the department has adjusted the amount of Rs.41,740/-, as per Mark “A” in the account of the complainant.  On the other hand, the complainant has also suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he has heard the abovesaid statement and agrees with the same and withdraws the present complaint. Said statements have duly been identified by the learned counsel for the OPs and complainant.

                    In view of the statements suffered by the complainant and Shri Kishan Singh, LDC Clerk for the OPs, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
