2. Sub Divisional Officer (OP) Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Sub Division Garhi Bairbal District Karnal.

                   Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                 Learned counsel of complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the OP. Hence, he do not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same as the OPs has corrected the bill as per actual reading.

               In view of statement of learned counsel of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
