                   File taken up on an application moved by the Complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present case.   

                   The Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint; hence, he withdraws the same.  

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
