Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time, states that he wants to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate court/tribunal in accordance with law.

          The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as above.

          If the limitation comes in the way of the complainant perhaps he may take advantage of the observations made by the Supreme Court in the case of Laxmi Engineering Works vs. PSG Industrial Institute 1995(3) SCC 583.
