Learned counsel for the parties present.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that legal representatives are not responding. She has filed a letter dated 15.4.2013 sent to legal representatives of the petitioner.

This Commission has no jurisdiction in view of the Supreme Court authority in the case of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmad, civil appeal No. 5466 of 2012, arising out of SLP (c) No. 35906 of 2011 decided on 1.7.2013. Therefore the revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance as per law.
