                Today, the case is fixed for appearance of complainant. Telephonica calls was made to complainant on 19.09.2023 to appear before this commission on 20.09.2023 but he did not appear. Thereafter, court notice was issued to the complainant to appear before this Commission on 26.09.2023. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 12:30 PM. Now, the case be again called after lunch.
