2.       Sub Divisional Officer, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd., Operation Sub Division City, Flat No.517 & 518, Power Colony, Industrial Area, Phase II, Panchkula (Haryana).

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

                   Mr.Sunil Kumar, M.R., authorized representative for the Ops.

 

                  

Today the case is fixed for compromise. Counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised with the opposite parties-UHBVNL, Panchkula and he is satisfied with the bill prepared amounting to Rs.5427/- by them. Hence, he wants to withdraw his complaint being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
