                   Sh. Paramjeet, A.L.M,  S.D. No. 2 for opposite party.

                   Sh. Paramjeet, A.L.M., who appeared on behalf of opposite party  and made a statement that disputed bill of the complainant till today i.e. February, 2019 has been rectified and remaining amount of Rs.1400/- which are payable by the department shall be adjusted in the future bills of the complainant. Amended bill Annexure-A is enclosed.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                    File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
