                   Today the case is fixed for filing reply. At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that compromise has been made with the opposite party, so, he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and requested that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being compromise. Statement to this effect has been recorded separately.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromise. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
