Present:           Mr. Rishi Kumar, Advocate for the complainant.

Mr. Ashwani Chaudhary,  Advocate for the Ops.

                       

                        On 06.07.2015 counsel for the opposite parties had tendered a cheque of Rs. 53,486/- vide bearing no. 047708 dated 03.07.2015 and stated that order under execution has been fully complied with.  Today  counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs. 53,486/- vide cheque No.047708 dated 03.07.2015 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
