          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   CA of SDO, UHBVNL, who appeared on behalf  of OPs has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that bill dispute in question is settled between the parties, now nothing remains due against the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he has heard the abovesaid statement of the CA of SDO, UHBVNL for the OPs and agrees with the same. As such, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement suffered by the CA of SDO, UHBVNL for the OPs and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.  Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
