           Today the case is fixed for appearance of the OPs. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant made a separate statement on the instructions of the Complainant that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties; hence, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the Complainant, being fully satisfied.

           Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
