Present:-      Shri Arzoo Dandyan, Authorised Representative of Complainant.

 

                     File taken up today on the application moved by the Complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint on the grounds mentioned in the said application. Authorised Representative/Director of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same, with liberty to file it afresh before appropriate authority/Competent Court.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by Authorised Representative/Director of the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh before appropriate authority/Competent Court.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the Complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance          .
