                   Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint on account of technical ground and sought permission to file afresh and also requested for returning original documents. Heard.  In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction and the original documents, if any be returned to the complainant after placing on record photocopies thereof. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
