                Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant.

       At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised with the OPs. Now, at the instruction of the complainant, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

                    In view of statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
