                    Learned counsel for DH made a statement that he has received a cheque no.705971 dated 11.07.2018 amounting to Rs.20,250/-  which is the half of the awarded amount in compliance of the order under execution. He wants to withdraw the present execution application.

                   In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
