Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act.

 Present:   Complainant in person.

                   Shri Manoj Kumar Sachdeva, counsel for OPs.

         

          Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. No evidence on behalf of complainant is present. Learned counsel for OPs made a statement that the OPs (UHBVNL) have rectified the consumption bill of the complainant with respect to chamber No.48, as per which ₹1819/- is to be paid by the complainant for the reading till 22.09.2020. Calculation of the department is placed on record as Ex.OP1. The OPs shall not claim any further amount except the amount stated above regarding chamber No.48, belonging to the complainant.

          On the other hand, complainant also suffered his separate statement to the effect that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for OPs, he withdraws the present complaint.

                In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
