ORDER:

 

                     None appeared for the complainant after 20.3.2015.Previously, Sh.Rajesh Gupta Advocate used to appear as counsel for the complainant, therefore, notice was ordered to be issued to the learned counsel for the complainant, Sh.Rajesh Gupta. Notice has been duly served for today, but neither complainant nor any authorized person on his behalf has put into appearance despite repeated calls since morning. It is already 2.40PM. Further wait  not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
