ORDER:

                    Sh.Sri Bhagwan, SDO for the OP has made a statement that no amount of  shifting charges is due towards the complainant. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement made by the  SDO of the OP, he does not want to pursue the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately.

3.               In view of the statement made by the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
