ORDER:                 

                                    Sh.Ashok Kapoor, UDC for the Opposite Party  made statement whereby he submitted that in the bill issued to the complainant for the month of October, 2014, SFA was  charged at the enhanced rates as per sales circular No.U-25/2014 and adjustment has been made in respect of the amount of bill  issued without reading issued for 8/2014.  Thereafter, the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of Sh.Ashok Kapoor UDC, of Opposite Party, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately.

2.                   In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
