2.Sub Divisional Officer (OP) Sub Urban Sub Division, Model Town, Karnal.

                   Complaint U/s 12 of the Consumer

                   Protection Act.

ORDER:

         

                    Sh.Adiya Kundu, SDO concerned has made a statement that the Ops shall not remove the existing transformer installed in the fields of the complainant. Thereafter, the counsel for the complainants has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint. 

 2.                     Therefore, view of the statement made by the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
