None is present for both the sides.  This Commission issued notice to both the sides on 29.07.2013 for hearing on 22.10.2013.  No report about service of that notice is yet received.  However, perusal of office copy of the notice reflects that it is issued to the appellant as well as respondent on the same address given in the appeal memo as well as in the original complaint.  Therefore, though, no report about service of that notice is received, we presume that the notice is duly served to the appellant.  As the appellant is absent, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Appeal be recalled at 3.00 p.m. for orders.

The appeal is recalled at 3.15 p.m. today. Presently also none appeared for the appellant. 

Hence, the appeal is dismissed in default.
