           This is a misc. application for refund of the statutory amount deposited by the appellant in Appeal No.762/2014; Central Head, FITTJEE & anr. vs. Utkarsh Kumar Singh.        The appeal filed by the appellant, Central Head, FITTJEE & anr.  being Appeal No. 762/2014 has been disposed of on the basis of settlement in between the parties, vide judgment and order dated 26.8.2014.

           In view of the aforesaid, the amount so deposited before this Commission is directed to be refunded to the appellant alongwith interest within a month in accordance with law.

           The application is disposed of.
