Today is fixed for show cause by the Complainant.

No step is taken by any parties.

It is now 1.25 p.m.   On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor anybody for the Complainant is found present either to file show cause or to take steps.

It appears from case record that Complainant was absent on the previous dates fixed for argument without taking any steps.  As such Complainant was as asked to show cause as to why this complaint shall not be dismissed for non taking steps.

In view of the materials available in the case record and in view of above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost her interest to proceed with this case.

So, this complaint is liable to be dismissed for default.

Hence, it is

                                                                             Ordered

That the complaint be and same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost if applied.
