Present:  Sh.Chiranji Lal, Complainant with counsel Sh.Deepak Aggarwal, Advocate for Complainants.

          Sh.Satvir Singh, City Supervisor/Representative of OP No.2 with counsel Sh.B.B.Bagga, Advocate.

                        ORDER

 

1.                     Sh.Deepak Aggarwal, Advocate for Complainants alongwith with Sh.Chiranji Lal, Complainant gave statement that in view of the orders of Hon’ble State Commission, Chandigarh dated 16.10.2009 passed in Appeal No.297 of 2009, complainants intend to go to Goa from Chandigarh on 2nd April, 2010 and proposes to return back on 5th April, 2010 and he has received two cheques bearing No.010320 and 010322, both dated 25.2.2010 amounting to Rs.5000/- each drawn on Allahabad Bank, Sector 11, Panchkula, Haryana and he withdraws the criminal complaint and the same be disposed of accordingly. 

2.        Sh.Satvir Singh, City Supervisor/Representative of OP No.2 alongwith Sh.B.B.Bagga, Advocate gave a statement he has heard the statement of ld.Counsel for complainants and accepted it as correct and the complainants will be provided Air Ticket to their respective destinations as desired by them in their statement. 

3.        In view of the said statement of the parties, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by their statements.

4.                     The draft of Rs.57,500/- dated 15.9.2009 received from the Assistant Collector, Grade-I, U.T. Chandigarh, as arrears of land revenue, be returned to OP No.2 against receipt.        

5.        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
