Case called out repeatedly. Applicant is present in person. O.P. is also present through Counsel. We have perused the office report dated 15/02/2017 according to which a sum of Rs.1,76,569/- has been paid to the applicant in compliance of the order dated 01/07/2016 passed by The Hon’ble State Commission in Appeal No.1458 of 2002. In view of the office report, there appears no justification for further proceedings in the present case. The present case is dismissed in full satisfaction of the decree. Let record be consigned.
