Complainant himself is present and the O.P. files hajira along with a A/c payee cheque in the name of the complainant, Sudhir Kumar Ghosh vide Cheque No. 054758, dated 20.11.2014 amounting to Rs.67,694.62 (Rupees Sixty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Four and Sixty Two Paisa) only drawn on Axis Bank.

The Complainant files two separate petitions praying to permit him to hand over the above mentioned cheque and another petition has filed by the complainant praying to disposed of this case on full satisfaction and also files photocopy of PAN Card  along with original.

The original PAN Card submitted this day by the complainant is returned to him and other petitions are taken up for hearing.

Hd. both sides. Being asked by the Forum, the complainant submits that he is satisfied with the amount as mentioned in the cheque as stated above.

Considered the prayer to hand over the cheque bearing No. 054758, dated 20.11.2014 amounting to Rs.67,694.62 (Rupees Sixty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Four and Sixty Two Paisa) only drawn on Axis Bank. Accordingly hand over the cheque as mentioned to the complainant on furnishing proper receipt.

In view of the above discussion there is no bar to dispose of the case on full satisfaction.

Fees paid is correct.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

that the case being No. CC-73/2014 be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Let the true copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
