ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on her behalf has turned up. On the last date of hearing also, complainant did not appear. OP No.1,2 & 4 could not be served for want of correct address. On application moved by complainant, OP No.1,2 & 4 were ordered to be served through publication of proclamation in the newspaper, but despite grant of sufficient opportunity, the complainant has not collected the letter of proclamation alongwith notice for getting it published in the newspaper. Non appearance of complainant and non compliance of the order of this commission indicates that complainant is not interested in prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
