                                    Devinder Kumar Vs Dr Usha Sethi

Present:      None for decree-holder.

                   Sh.V.K.Garg, Advocate for JD No.1.

                   Sh.Rohit Jindal, Advocate for JD No.3.

                                     

Case called several times since morning, but none has come present today on behalf of decree-holder.  It is already 2.45 P.M.  No intimation is received regarding the non-appearance of decree-holder and his counsel.  Further wait is not justified. It seems that the decree holder is not interested to pursue the present execution petition.  So, in such like circumstances, present execution petition stands dismissed in default.  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
