Joint application along with affidavits for recording compromise has been filed by both parties. 2. In view of the joint compromise (Ex C1) along with affidavits filed by the parties, compromise made between the parties is taken on record. 3. In pursuance of the settlement made between the parties, a demand draft of Rs.1,18,000/- (Rupees One lakh and eighteen thousand only) in the name of Smt. Usha Kiran Dua, (Respondent No. 1) has been handed over to the attorney/ advocate of respondent No. 1, towards full and final settlement of the case. Both the parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. 4. Present revision petition stands disposed of being compromised. Dasti to both parties.
