ORDER

 

Learned counsel for petitioner Ms. Girija Wadhwa, in (RP 3920 of 2011) has placed on record letter signed by the petitioner for unconditional withdrawal of (RP 3920 of 2011).

          In this letter petitioner has stated that she hereby give up all reliefs and rights for all times to come that may have accrued on account of passing of the final order dated 19.7.2010 passed by the DCDRF-I/Chandigarh, as against the opposite parties/respondents herein, as also all reliefs as accorded by the SCDRC Chandigarh, vide its final order dated 26.8.2011. Inconsequence, she withdraws consumer complaint (No.CC/1440/2009, decided on 19.7.2010). Accordingly, (RP No.3920 of 2011) pending before this Commission, may be permitted to be dismissed as withdrawn through her counsel.
          In view of above averments made by petitioner (RP No.3920 of 2011), stands dismissed as withdrawn. 
          Consequently (Revision Petition No.3654 of 2011) filed by Chandigarh Housing Board Vs. Smt. Urmila and other, stand disposed of being infructuous.

          Parties shall bear their own costs.
