Complainant represented. But despite repeated calls no one appeared.

From perusal of the record it appears by order dated 11.09.2024 this complainant was admitted and the complainant was directed to file the requisite of notices to be kept to the OP within 7 days from the date of this order but the said order has not been complied through filing of requisites of notices. 

Hence, the present complaint is dismissed for default in compliance of the commission order of 11.09.2024.
