On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that complainant has not complied the order dated 07/03/2022 wherein complainant sought time to place on record relevant documents to proof that the case pertains to Urban Company which is array as OP 2. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
